2021 Sonoma Women's Triathlon
Sonoma Women's Triathlon is a women's race that runs each July in Healdsburg, California. We offer Sprint, Olympic, and Olympic Relay races. Sonoma Women's Tri offers you USAT sanctioned race that is perfect for experienced racers seeking top competition and first-timers. Everyone who takes part, including families, values the friendly, encouraging environment this race offers.
Course Information:
All the swimming takes place in the Russian River on an out-and-back course. The water is generally in the mid-70's and the channel is 6- to 10-feet deep.
All cycling takes place on roads that pass by vineyards in beautiful Sonoma wine country, on an out-and-back course.
Running takes place on roads through vineyards and country side. All runs are also out-and-back courses.
