_ The 2019 Dirty Duathlon:

The Dirty Duathlon is at beautiful GraniteBeach, Folsom Lake SRA featuring a run-bike-run course with scenic trails to run on and a fun mountain bike course. Included for each athlete is a TBF Racing beanie, athlete goody bag, hot post race meal and free athlete massage. Awards are for 1st through 3rd place in each age group/category for the Dirty Duathlon and 1st overall for Relay Team Divisions.

Distances

Dirty Duathlon - 2 mile run-6 mile mountain bike-2 mile run

Both runs are the same course, on trails with packed decomposed granite, soft sand, and maybe some mud. There will be an aid station at 1 mile. The bike course is a combination of single track on hills and rolling flats. Aid stations will be located in the transition area and at mile one on the run course, serving cold water, Hammer Gel Shots, and FLUID Electrolyte beverage.

Relay Teams

Relay Teams consist of one cyclist and one runner. Entry fee includes two race shirts, goody bags and post race meals. Awards will be first overall in Male, Female and Coed divisions for the Dirty Duathlon.

Packet Pick Up Information

Race packets will be available race morning from 7 am to 10 am at the race site.

Refund and Transfer Information

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.

Race for FREE Information

Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $40 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing [email protected] as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
