Lake Wilderness Triathlon is celebrating our 16th year!!
Lake Wilderness Tratihlon is scenic in all aspects of the race and has something for every level of participation. This is an excellent venue for a first time triathlete and the triathlete looking for some great competition. We have many first time triathletes and those that compete in Ironman. Everyone is welcome to join us on this great event.
Swim - Lake Wilderness with views of Mount Rainer.
Bike - along the rolling hills of Maple Valley and Ravensdale.
Run - on the Cedar River and Lake Wilderness Trails.
Event details and schedule
Lake Wilderness Park will open for competitors at 5:15am. If you're picking up your packet the day of the event you can pick it up from 5:15-6:30am.
Each participant must bring picture I.D. to pick up their packet. You may not pick up a packet for other participants.
