"Welcome to the 2020 Bear Lake Triathlon and Duathlon. Originally planned for Sunday, May 24, 2020, the COVID-19 virus has forced us to initiate our pre-arranged alternate plan of Sunday, August 23, 2020. All agreements and facets of the new date are already in place and ready to go. This premier, long running, athlete and family friendly event offers an Olympic distance triathlon, Sprint distance triathlon and Sprint distance duathlon. Relay teams are also invited to participate in any of these events. Bear Lake Park, the venue for the event, is located behind the North Muskegon High School in North Muskegon."

Olympic Course Triathlon: 1500 meter swim / 40 – K bike / 10 – K run
Sprint Course Triathlon: 750 meter swim / 20 – K bike / 5 – K run
Sprint Course Duathlon: 5 – K run / 20 – K bike / 5 – K run
