"Race Day Events and the town of Lake Mills have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following recommendations from Wisconsin State Department of Public Health as they work with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to prevent the spread of this virus. The safety and well-being of our participants, staff, and volunteers is always of utmost importance and therefore we have decided to postpone the Lake Mills Triathlon. We are tentatively planning for August 23rd and are hoping to know more by mid-June. We will update you as soon as we have more information regarding the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 and how it may further affect the Lake Mills Triathlon."

The Lake Mills Triathlon kicks off the 2020 Wisconsin Tri Series! This sprint distance race which includes a 400-meter swim, a 16-mile bike ride, and a 5K run is a wonderful introductory event for beginner racers and the flat, fast course provides a competitive atmosphere for experienced racers. Each athlete will receive a T-shirt, a safe course with an experienced water safety team, and a swim marked by large, highly visible buoys. Pre-race water and post-race refreshments will be served.

COVID-19 Update: We are currently monitoring the COVID-19 situation and adhering to guidelines set by the Wisconsin Department of Public Health and CDC. At this time we are still proceeding with planning for this event. Should this event be cancelled due to the pandemic, your options will include: defer to 2021, transfer to another 2020 triathlon, or donate your entry fee.

The Wisconsin Triathlon Series presented by Trek Stores of Madison is a series of seven races held throughout Wisconsin during the spring and summer months. All races offer Sprint distances, while Triterium, Tri-ing for Children's and Ripon Medical Center triathlons offer both Sprint and Olympic.  If you are new to triathlon or have been doing it for years, we have a race that suits you!

Devil's Challenge Triathlon - Sunday, September 20th, 2020

**Series scoring will be based on your five best times out of the seven races. Novice category is available however, those participants will be automatically placed in the age group category for points and awards. We will not be having a separate novice category for awards. We recommend that you enter the novice category three times or less as it is intended to help those that are truly new to the sport.
