A Virginia State Parks Adventure Series Event!
Enjoy a beautiful start to the event by taking a run around the entire lake. This will be a 10K trail run that has some excellent climbs. Check out the MAPS page for more info.

MT BIKE
The second leg is a 10 Mile MBT with some serious climbs and even better descents. This will have challenging areas even for the veteran biker. Check out the MAPS page for more info

KAYAK
The final leg is a beautiful 5K kayak that goes down the lake and back. This provides for a wonderful way to finish your race before conquering the triathlon and having lunch! Check out the MAPS page for more info
