400M Pool Swim, 9 mile Bike, and 4K Run.

Transition opens at 5:30 am

Race Start 7:00 am

What does the name mean?  Dam 09 Start/Finish in Alamo Heights (city zip - 09'ers) and the bike course is along the Dam into Olmos Park, so...Dam 09!

Includes breakfast with iced coffee, mimosas and beer.

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be given.

If you have registered for the Dam 09 Triathlon, but cannot participate, your registration can be "sold."  Upon finding a buyer, your registration will be refunded to the credit card used (minus a $10 handling charge), and the new registrant will pay for his/her registration fee.  This option is limited after tech shirts have been ordered, on 8/12/20. Due to the nature of the triathlon, we must have all waivers signed by the person participating.
