500-meter swim, 10-mile bike, 3.1-mile run

250-meter swim, 5 mile bike, 1.5-mile run
INDIVIDUAL DUATHLON: RUN-BIKE-RUN
1.5-mile run, 10-mile bike, 3.1-mile run

ATHENA TRIATHLON DIVISION:
Based on USAT Competitive Rules, an Athena is any female triathlete weighing a 165+ pounds. Women meeting this criteria may chose to compete in the Athena Triathlon division. Doing this eliminates all Athena competitors from placing in their age group.
TEAM RELAY TRIATHLON:
A team made up of 2-3 participants compete by dividing the three legs of the course (swim-bike-run), with 1 participant competing in no more than two legs.
