Course Information:
Sprint Triathlon:
This event will feature a 0.5 mile swim at the Grinnell College Natatorium, 12.4 mile bike path near Rock Creek State Park, and a 3.1 mile run through downtown Grinnell. Participate as an individual or a team of 3.
MINI Sprint Triathlon:
For those participants who aren't ready to commit to a full sprint, the mini tri is just for you! This race features a 100 meter swim, 5 mile bike, and 1 mile run and is a great distance for all ages. This race uses chip timing.
