Course Information:
• 1/2 mile in Dunning Lake at Winding Trails.
• 12 mile bike ride through the quiet roads of Farmington and Avon.
• Flat 5K run on the shaded, wide dirt trails in Winding Trails.

Winding Trails is located off Route 4: 50 Winding Trails, Farmington CT.
HMF cannot offer parking passes for sponsors or participants. Parking is limited so please carpool if possible.
If you anticipate the need to leave while the bicyclists are going in and out (7:45 AM – 9:45 AM), please park outside of Winding Trails.
NO street parking on entrance to Winding Trails.
