_ The 2020 Ohio State Ross Heart Hospital TriFit Challenge Triathlon & Duathlon:
Since 2013, individuals of all fitness levels have gathered in the Heart of Ohio – Columbus, for the largest Multisport Celebration in the Buckeye State. The Ohio State Ross Heart Hospital TriFit Challenge Multisport Weekend is organized by Central Ohio's premier triathlon and event organizer, Greenswell Events. The TriFit Challenge is by an action-packed weekend headlined by the triathlon and duathlon that tours through one of America’s signature metropolises and ends with an exciting finish in Ohio Stadium. Event Weekend Activities Saturday, July 25 Ross Open Water Swims (R.O.W.S) - 0.25 mile, 0.45 mile, 0.90 mile swims Ross Aquathlons: The Ohio Union Aquathlon (Short): 0.25 mile swim + 1 mile run The Block "O" Aquathlon (Sprint): 0.45 mile swim + 2 mile run The Land Grant Aquathlon (Long): 0.90 mile swim + 2 mile run RossFIT Crossfit competition (more details TBA) Sunday, July 26 Challenge distance triathlon & duathlon: 0.90 mile swim (or 2.4 mile run) + 26 mile bike + 6.2 mile run Fit distance triathlon & duathlon: 0.45 mile swim (or 2 mile run) + 13 mile bike + 3.1 mile run Tri distance triathlon & duathlon: 0.25 mile swim (or 1 mile run) + 13 mile bike + 2 mile run Aquabike distances - Challenge and Fit distances respective swim and bike distances TriFit 5K run/walk: 3.1 miles, includes Rucking Division Participants can race as individuals, as part of a relay with one team member completing each discipline of the event.
