Description
Join the Salem YMCA for our 3rd Annual Indoor Sprint Triathlon.With staggered start times, 10 participants at a time, will begin with the swim 0.5 miles, quick wardrobe change in the locker rooms then head to the Cycle Studio to bike 12 miles, and last but not least, head to the treadmills for a 3.1 mile run.
