The iTRI Duathlon Race is designed to further introduce young athletes to the world of exercise. The duathlon adds a cycling element to the running races. The race stages are run, bike, and run again. Each division and distance is based on age. Kids and parents ages 5 and up are eligible to partake. Participants in the Parent Division must be 16 years of age or older. Completion medals will be given as well as First, Second, and Third place ribbons will be awarded in each division. Points will be given to those athletes participating in all 6 MULTI-SPORT events and will go towards series championship points. There will be no same-day event sign-ups.
Athletes will run according to their age on December 31, 2020.

8-9 Yrs Old - .50 Mi | 1.3 Mi | .50 Mi
10-11 Yrs Old - 1.0 Mi | 2.6 Mi | .75 Mi
12-15 Yrs Old - 1.0 Mi | 3.9 Mi | 1.25 Mi
Super Sprint (16+) - 1.5 Mi | 3.9 Mi | 1.50 Mi
**Open Sprint - open to 12-15 year old athletes that wish to participate in the Super Sprint (16+) distance 1.5 Mi | 3.9 Mi | 1.50 Mi
*** Parent Intro Division - 1.0 Mi | 2.6 Mi | .75 Mi
*training wheels permitted for 5-7 Yrs Old division only
Helmet is required for all athletes to participate.
