COURSE NOTES:
- The swim will be in a 25 yard indoor pool.
- Swim course is a snake swim - up and down the lane then under the lane rope.
- The bike course is a great two loop flat and fast course.
- The run course winds through a paved run trail.
- Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water.
The course officially closes at 11:00am for all participants.
