SPRINT TRIATHLON:
• 300 meter pool swim - 9 mile bike (2 loops) - 5K run
• Site Map
• The swim will be a snake swim in a 50 meter indoor pool.
• 9 Mile Bike
• 5K Run
SUPER SPRINT TRIATHLON:
• 200 Meter Swim - 4.5 Mile Bike - 2 Mile Run
• Site Map
• The 200 meter pool swim will be a snake swim in a 50 meter indoor pool.
• 4.5 mile - 1 loop bike
• 2 mile run
SPRINT DUATHLON:
• 1 Mile Run - 9 Mile Bike - 5K Run
