_ The 2020 Block Island Shad Bloom 10 K Trail Run:
This spring race (an island favorite) takes runners over a scenic 10K course with breathtaking views of beautiful Block Island. The race includes a little bit of everything: dirt roads with stone walls and rolling pastures, a winding track overlooking the Atlantic, and at mile 4 racers meet "the wall", a steep, double tiered, narrow climb. If the ferry is cancelled race day, then the race will be postponed until Sunday May 10th.

The Start and Finish will be at The Block Island School
Event details and schedule
packet pickup/ day of registration will be at the Block Island School starting at 9 a.m. the day of the race
Bus transportation will meet the 9 a.m point judith ferry (arrives on Block Island 10 .am.)
