Take your base, push, and all out pace from the tread to the roads at the FIRST annual All Out 5K hosted by Orangetheory Fitness Newark!

This scenic 5k run/walk is open to everyone, whether you are an OTF member or not.

Starting at Olan Thomas park, we will have coaches pacing you, OTF staff cheering you on, and an awesome after-party once you cross the finish line.

Participants get one of a kind All Out 5K sport tech shirts & finisher medal.
