This popular Saratoga Springs, Memorial Day Event, began as a fundraising idea to help participants train for triathlon races, while also hosting a community and amateur event that would bring families, friends and businesses together for a challenging athletic event.

Course Information:
Our duathlon is a three stage race focused on running and biking and helps prepare participants for future triathlon races. Our format is a 5K run followed by a 30K bike and an additional 5K run. The Lions Duathlon Experience is designed to allow for many levels of participation including family and business teams where members do the running or biking or any combination of male or female.
