This is a great held at Logan Aquatic Center (Pool). This race is a fantastic Swim Bike Run starting at the pool biking along a paved farmland road to Mendon Utah and a run course under a canopy of trees along the Logan River.
Course Information:
Swim Course 500 Meters (1000 Meters Olympic)
The Swim Course is a Serpentine Swim meaning you are going up one lane and down the next lane. There are 5 laps(10 lengths) for this swim. 500 Meter Swim. If you are doing the Olympic you will do the entire race Swim, Bike, Run then return for a second Swim, Bike, Run in an F1 Format. The total swim for the Olympic is 1000 Meters when you add the second lap.
Bike Course 12.5 Miles (25 Miles Olympic)
This is a nice flat straight course. This is out and back. The course is 100% paved. It follows along the road to Mendon. Expect beautiful farmlands and fields. The Olympic repeats the course after it does a complete Swim, Bike, Run then it does it again. F1 Format. On the second lap it will total 25 Miles.
Run Course 3.1 Miles (6.2 Miles Olympic)
This course is an out and back. It is 100% paved excluding a few areas on grass at the start/finish. The course follows along the Logan River Trail System under a canopy of trees. The Olympic repeats the course after it does a complete Swim, Bike, Run then it does it again. F1 Format. On the second lap it will total 6.2 Miles
