_ The 2019 Kiwanis Run for the Kids:
The 14th annual Kiwanis Run for the Kids 5k/1 mile run/walk is Saturday, December 7th, at 8 am at the Spurlin/Sertoma baseball fields (near the Tifton Fire Station at 403 Forrest Ave.) in Tifton, GA. 4 cash prizes to fastest runners in 2 categories. Early entry fee is $20/adult, $10/child. Add $5 after Nov. 30th. Children doing 1 mile get medallions, Christmas gifts to top 3 male/female finishers in age groups 10 & under, 11-14 yr, & then 4 yr age groups up to 75, & awesome t-shirts! Hometown Holidays Christmas Celebration parade at 5 pm.
