This is the first race in the series of five. Held once a month at Rolling View State Park in Durham NC. Swim is 400 yards in Falls Lake, Bike 11 miles out and back and 2 mile run in the park. This is a great place to do your first open water swim race or your first triathlon. It is also a great workout for more experianced athletes.
Course Information:
400 yard open water swim is Usually wetsuit legal. The bike is out and back rolling course on country roads. 2 mile run in the state park.
