_ The 2019 Windmark Beach Fun Duathlon:
1 Mile beach run, followed by a 4 mile ride along the Gulf of Mexico on a wide road with no automobile traffic followed by another 1 mile beach run. Long sleeve T shirt and post race event for all entrants.
Event details and schedule
The runs are along the beach and the ride is on an abandoned road along the Gulf of Mexico. Race begins at 9. Late registration opens at 7:30 a.m. Plenty of onsite parking available at the Windmark Beach town center. Event waivers must be signed. Helmets must be worn during the bike ride.
