The 2019 Running Event - RRR 10K:

The 7th Annual Flanigan's Rockin' Rib Run 10K will be another exciting and fun-filled event presented by Runner's Depot! This is the BEST value race for your money you will ever see!

USATF Florida State 10K Championship: This year's event has been awarded the honor of being the USATF (USA Track & Field) Florida State Championship 10K Road Race. Additional, special awards will be presented for those earning these titles.

This is a fast 10K Certified Course starting and ending in Vista View Park and heading West out-and-back on Orange Drive. ABSOLUTELY FLAT COURSE! NO HILLS!!


Race is capped at 2,500 runners and will sell out FAST!

Prize Purse - $53,600  *Must meet Qualifying Times to be eligible for full prize money

Kid's Race for kids 10 years old and under. T-shirt and finisher ribbons to all participants. Kid's Race capped at 100. Only $10!

*Qualifying times for Prize Money = Top 5 Overall: Men (sub 33:00) and Women (sub 37:15)

Arrive at least 45 minutes early to allow time to enter the park and find available parking. 

Kid's Race will start after the 10K Race - approximately 8:30AM

PACKET PICK-UP
