SPRINT SWIM - ROLLING START
The SPRINT swim is a single, counter-clockwise 1/4 mile loop in Lake Zurich. Swimmers will go off in a self-seeded beach start, we will have signs with estimated swim finish times that volunteers will be holding. (6) Swimmers will line up, side by side before the start mats and go off every 5 seconds.
OLYMPIC SWIM - ROLLING START
The OLYMPIC swim is a single, counter-clockwise .93 mile loop in Lake Zurich. Swimmers will go off in a self-seeded beach start, we will have signs with estimated swim finish times that volunteers will be holding. (6) Swimmers will line up, side by side before the start mats and go off every 5 seconds.
