_ The 2019 2 Miles of Terror Zombie Run:
An Intense, Heart Beating 2-Mile Trail Run where competitors try to avoid getting tagged by Zombies. Runners will be given a flag football belt to wear and will attempt to evade Zombies chasing them trying to tear off a flag from their belt. Race will be run in waves of 15-20 runners every 10 minutes. Time will be kept and there will be time reduction for each flag a runner retains. Every Runner is required to wear a head lamp for safety. There will be head lamps available to rent at the race. There will be approximately 15-20 Zombies on the course to evade. Games and food will be provided for all runners. Parents are asked to use caution when entering children under the age of 13 - this is a high intensity and scary experience. Strollers and dogs are not allowed on the course and although walking is authorized, its highly discouraged! Race shirts will be available for purchase the day of the race. All proceeds are for the University of Southern Maine Women's Cross Country Team.
Saturday, October 19th, 2019 Behind Narragansett Elementary School, Gorham, Maine. Registration at 6 pm . Race begins at 7 pm.
