Event details and schedule
Race Format:
This event will be capped at 100 participants and the cost will be $50. All participants will receive swag that will include a bag with a silicone swim cap and wet suit bag. A race volunteer will be assigned to record participant’s distances in each discipline. The participant that has the greatest total distance of the 3 events combined will be the overall winner.
Check in will open at 7:15am on race day. We ask that all participants arrive at the facility for check in 45 minutes prior to their assigned start time. Waves and start times will be assigned by a race coordinator and sent out via email one week prior to race day. There will be light refreshments provided for participants after they finish their wave in the gymnasium.
Volunteering
Don’t want to participate in the race, but are still looking for an opportunity to be part of this event? Join our volunteer group! Volunteers will guide the participants through the triathlon in an organized and smooth manner. Positions include: athlete/volunteer check-in, timers in the pool area, timers for the bike portion, timers for the run portion, transition managers to move the athletes from space to space, locker room transition teams, and finish/checkout/post race hospitality. Volunteer time will be from 7:30am to approximately noon. We will have two meetings for volunteers closer to the race date and ask that they attend at least one of those meetings. Duties will be assigned based on need and request, with need taking priority. We will do our best to assign all volunteers to their requested role, keeping in mind that some changes may be needed to appropriately cover all areas.
Please contact Danielle at [email protected] to register with us as a volunteer or to learn more about the being a volunteer.
