_ The 8th Annual Bike to Build:

The 8th annual Bike to Build for Habitat for Humanity Broward takes place on a scenic, out-and-back route along A1A. It starts at the First Presbyterian Church of Fort Lauderdale and depending on the distance desired (25 or 50 miles), riders will turn around at the Hillsboro Inlet in Deerfield Beach (25 miles) or Spanish River Park in Boca Raton (50 miles).  Both turn-around points are supported with water and snacks, and there will be roaming road support along the course for bike repairs if needed provided by Downtown Bicycles. The event also includes pre-ride coffee supplied by Starbucks, and bagels supplied by Einstein Bagels which will be onsite at 6am. Post-ride homeade breakfast options from our wonderful volunteer kitchen staff will be provided to all riders.

All monies raised will go directly to support needy families in Broward county who qualify to own a Habitat for Humanity home.

We ask for a minimum dontation from each rider of $100.00, however we encourage all riders to ask family and friends for additional donations through asking for pledges for their participation for such a great local cause.

Thank you in advance for your support and participation in this wonderful event.
