_ The 2019 Strassenfest Bike Ride:
FAMILY FUN EVENTS
The public is invited to bring their family to the Jasper Parklands and enjoy some family fun events while the Strassenfest Bike Ride is taking place.
From 8:30 am to 11 am, children aged 6 years old and younger can try out the Balance Bike Course! Much better than training wheels, balance bikes allow the riders to really understand the balance involved in riding a bike and can allow kids to learn extremely young! Ride the course and then sign up for a chance to win their very own balance bike!
Also, enjoy corn hole and carnival games!
Celebrate 2019 with a bicycling odyssey across the rolling hills of Dubois County during Jasper’s Strassenfest. The 29th annual Strassenfest Bicycle Ride offers three routes of approx. (20, 50, and 65 mi) to challenge riders of all experience levels.
Each route treats riders to scenic rolling countryside. The longer routes include some of southern Indiana’s most challenging hills.
