The City of Lompoc Recreation Division will be hosting the 13th Annual Hank Hudson Memorial Sprint Triathlon and the Jr. Sprint Triathlon on Saturday, August 3, 2019. The sprint triathlon is a short-distance triathlon that includes a 500 yard swim, 11 mile bike ride and a 3.1 mile run. The Jr. Sprint Triathlon includes a 50 yd swim, 1 mile bike ride, and a 1/4 mile run for particpants 10 years of age and under. For participants 11-13 years of age, the Jr. Sprint Triathlon includes a 100 yd swim, 2 mile bike ride, and 1/2 mile run.
