_ The 2019 Focus Up on Mental Health:
This road race event has been designed to bring awareness to the many mental health issues that people deal with every day. Runners and walkers throughout the community can join together to support our efforts in increasing mental health awareness, fight stigmas and encourage understanding by providing resources and support. Proceeds will be donated to CommUnity formerly the Crisis Center.
