The 5th Annual Capital Y Tri is a sprint triathlon with a 425 yard swim in the Competition Pool at the Kennebec Valley YMCA, an 11 mile bike ride through Hallowell and on the Kennebec River Rail Trail and finishing with a 3.1 mile run in beautiful Capitol Park.
