10-minute swim in the Pool Area
10-minute transition to the prepare for the Bike
30-minute bike ride
- Athletes have the option to bring their own bicycle that will be attached to a CompuTrainer or have the option to ride the available stationary bikes.
3K Run around the Pikes Peak Athletics property (estimate)
All on the Pikes Peak Athletics Campus! Goodie bag to include ROKA swim cap, ROKA swim goggles, ROKA drawstring bag and a finisher medal.
Event details and schedule
The first wave will begin at 8:00 am
Packet Pick-up and check-in will begin 30 minutes prior to your wave start.
Athletes will have access to the pool locker rooms before and after their wave has finished.
