_ The 2019 SCE Club Picnic:
Annual Club Picnic
Get excited for one of our biggest club events of the year – our annual picnic on Saturday, June 1st. The club will provide the meat, water, buns and condiments. You will be able to choose between tri-tip, hamburgers, and hot dogs.
RSVP please: so we can get a count on how much meat to order.
Need ideas on what to bring?
Members with last names beginning with A-N please bring a side dish/salad
Members with last names beginning with O-Z please bring a dessert
Soft drinks and ice for your family
We are in need of speakers to amplify music during the picnic. Please contact Rich Deveau ([email protected]) if you have speakers we can use for the day.
Picnic agenda:
10:30-11:00am: Club t-shirt shirt pickup
11:00-11:30am: Picnic kicks off with a few announcement
11:30-11:45am: Lunch begins
12:45-3:00pm: Let the games begin! It is great chance to get back at Coach with the water pistol!!
We have the shelter reserved all day, so stay as long as you’d like
