Tri Faster Beginner/Intermediate Swim focuses on the fundamentals of front crawl (free style), back stroke and breast stroke. This fun and fast paced class will teach you how use the correct techniques to become a more proficient swimmer in five weeks.
Tri Faster Beginner/Intermediate Swim is led by Coach Lauren who during her 35 years of teaching swimming, has developed an instruction style that allows swimmers to rapidly learn and improve their stroke technique. As a licensed Physical Therapist, Lauren teaches stroke mechanics that minimize the chance for injury, whether you are a lap swimmer or an athlete training for swimming or triathlon events.
Swimmers must be able to swim one length of the pool comfortably and have no fear of the water to attend this program. Short fins are highly recommended to allow participants to get the most out of this class, so please bring your fins if you own them.
