Get ready for the swim portion of the 2019 multi-sport season with the 6-week Tri Faster Triathlon Swimming Skills Program. This program will cover efficient freestyle technique, open water swimming skills, and strategies, “plan B” strategies and strokes, and other topics to make you a success in your multi-sport (Triathlon, Aquabike, and Aquathon events). Each practice session will include a workout set to improve your swimming fitness.
Coach Lauren has over 30-years of experience teaching and coaching swimmers of all ability levels. While Lauren excels at helping beginner to intermediate swimmers, she has personally posted a sub 52:00 Ironman swim and a sub 19:00 mile, so she can also help high-level swimmers get faster. Swimmers must be able to swim two lengths of the pool (any speed) to attend this program, as we have 8 lanes to accommodate all speeds. Pool “toys” including: fins, pull buoys, freestyle snorkels and hand paddles are encouraged, but not required.
