The Kronos Triathlon Club is hosting a Splash n’ Dash (Swim to Run) this April 14th at Mount Royal University. This is a low-key event comprised of a simulated open water swim (POW = Pool Open Water. All lane ropes are pulled out and participants swim around race buoys in the pool in a square pattern) followed by a multi-lap run around the Mount Royal Indoor Track.
This event is meant to be fun and is a great opportunity to spice up your training this winter season
