Participants will be staged in heats of 6 based on their swim time. Heat 1 begins at 7:00am with a hardstart every 30 minutes. There will be a running clock between transitions.

Participants can register over the phone, in person at any Wichita YMCA, or by mailing the form to the West Branch YMCA.

Registration deadline is December 1st.

Course Information:

500 yd swim (10 laps/20 lengths)

6 mile bike (cybex cyclone-upright)

2 mile run (indoor track 28 laps)

Other Info:

Participants must check in a minimum of 20 minutes before their race heat is scheduled to begin.

You can call after December 4th to find out your heat and start time.
