Event 1: Axle/Log/Circus Dumbbell Clean and Press Medley each rep AMRAP in 60 Seconds

• Clean and press axle, then clean and press log, then clean and press away Circus Dumbbell for 60 second AMRAP
• 10" Log and Circus Dumbbell for Women and 12" Log and Circus Dumbbell for Men. 

Event 2: Strapless Double Overhand Axle Deadlift Max

• Wessel Rules (three attempts with rising bar. If you fail any attempt then you are done). NO STRAPS, NO Suits, sleeves are okay, use as much chalk as you want. Bar will increase in the following method: Add 10s, remove 10s and add 25s, remove 25s and add 35s, remove 35s and add 45s, add 10s and so on.

Event 3: Sandbag Carry/ Duck walk Carry Medley (Cerberus Sandbags)

• Carry sandbag 40ft over line, drop sandbag, carry duck walk implement back 40ft over start line. Fastest time wins. Unlimited drops.

Event 4: Last Person Standing Sandbag over bar (Cerberus Sandbags)

• In reverse order of score each competitor has 20 seconds to load the bag over the bar. If you are unable to load the bag in the allotted time you are out. The bag continues to be loaded by each competitor in order until there is only one competitor left.
