Join us on Saturday morning, June 15, 2019 for Nashville’s premiere 5K wooded trail race (run/walk) and the (optional) family-friendly, competitive games, activities and musical entertainment in the beautiful rolling hills of the Whites Creek Valley, just north of the Music City, Nashville, TN.

It's an exciting, action-packed, half-day event, held each year at the Fontanel on the Saturday morning before Father’s Day. A perfect Father’s Day gift for dads (and granddads) and quite possibly a new Father’s Day weekend family tradition!

Come early for the 5K at 7 AM and run (or walk) one of the most pristine trails in Middle Tennessee.

You also get tasty snacks; cold bottled water; a Chick-fil-A continental breakfast; hot-air balloon rides (weather permitting); a chance to win fabulous awards & prizes; and a race t-shirt for each paid 5K entry.

You are also invited to stay and play the Family Games at Fontanel immediately following the 5k awards ceremony. It's great fun and an excellent value for the whole family!

Join us after the 5k for the Family Games at 8:45 AM, right after the 5K Trail Race awards. They are open to everyone of all ages and can be played in teams, in groups, by families or even individually. Kids 6 and under can play for FREE (with adult supervision).

In addition to the family-friendly games and activities; you also get tasty snacks; cold bottled water; a Chick-fil-A continental breakfast; hot-air balloon rides (weather permitting); and a chance to win fabulous awards & prizes. (Event t-shirts are also available for purchase).

• IN-TOWN registration & packet pick-up @ The Cookery, Friday June 14th from 9 AM to 6 PM
• ONSITE check-in, packet pick-up & walk-ups opens Saturday morning, June 15th @ 6 AM
• Everyone must be REGISTERED to enter gates, no exceptions (including infants)
