Tucson Parks and Recreation is hosting its first ever Super Sprint Triathlon for participants ages 12 and older. Sprint triathlons are short distance triathlons. This triathlon will consist of a 350-yard swim, 6-mile bicycle ride, and a 1.5-mile run. This is a non-competitive event to bring friends and families out together and to encourage exercise. There will be vendors and entertainment throughout the event.

Register online: Register for the event at EZEEreg.com. Register today; there are fewer than 275 spots available.
Cost: $35 per person, deadline to register is Feb. 25. Swag bag and t-shirt included with registration. Participants ages 12-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign release waiver.
Packet pick-up: William M. Clements Fitness Center (8155 E. Poinciana Dr.), Friday, March 1 from 6:00 a.m-8:00 p.m. and Saturday, March 2 from 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Check-in is required at the check-in tent on the day of the race.
Transition area: The bicycle transition area will open at 6:00 a.m. on the day of the triathlon at the William M. Clements Center (8155 E. Poinciana Dr.). Only participants will be allowed in the transition area.
Swim will be the first event: After your bicycle has been dropped off at the tranistion area, then begin lining up at the starting line on the south side of the pool deck. Please line up by 6:45 a.m.
Parking for the event: Parking will be available at Pima Community College East Campus.
