American Family Fitness is holding it's 2nd annual "Try a Tri" mini Indoor Triathlon on Saturday, March 30th at our Colonial Heights, Fredericksburg, Mechanicsville, Midlothian, Swift Creek, and Virginia Center Commons clubs.
Designed for all fitness levels ages 14+, this mini indoor triathlon is scored based on your distance in each category within the given time👇
10-minute 🏊🏼♀️ swim or water walk/jog
[5-minute transition]
15-minute 🚴🏽♂️ bike
[5-minute transition]
20-minute 🏃🏿♂️run/walk
The event will run for approximately 3.5 hours with a heat starting every 30 minutes. Each heat will be 55 minutes from start to finish including 5-minute transitions. Up to 10 individuals per heat🔥.
Register before March 15 to save $10 on entry fee.
Deadline: Wednesday, March 27 at 7p
Open to Members & Non-Members 14+.
