_ The 2019 Red Dress Run for Women:
The beloved women’s 5K welcomes all ages and abilities, encouraging participants to achieve their goals and celebrate fitness. The 3.1 mile race starts and finishes in the beautiful Elizabeth Park Rose Garden, offering gorgeous views in a friendly environment. All participants receive a custom race shirt and a post-race party in the park with music, fresh food, festive awards, freebies and health & fitness info.
Course Information:
The race is exclusively for women and provides a non-intimidating environment for all ages and all abilities to walk or run 3.1 miles through Hartford and West Hartford neighborhoods. The start and finish line in beautiful Elizabeth Park showcases more than 15,000 roses in full bloom.
