_ The 2019 Ride for a Reason:
On Saturday, May 4th Goshen United Methodist Church will be sponsoring a friendly bike ride in the Sampson County area. The ride will consist of three routes through the beautiful countryside. All of the proceeds raised will go to the Methodist Home for Children. This will be a great ride for a great cause!
Event details and schedule
Ride for a Reason will bring cyclists, both expert and novice, from all over North Carolina to enjoy all that Newton Grove and Sampson County have to offer. With your help, and the community at large, we hope to offer a fun day for all ages while supporting the work being done daily at Methodist Home for Children.
Parking will be at the Goshen United Methodist Church located at 2765 Suttontown Road, Newton Grove, NC 28366.
Arrival time for cyclist begins at 7:30 and we will ride out at 8:30.
We will have sponsored stops on the 20/40 and 62 mile rides.
Participants who register before April 16th will receive an event t-shirt.
There will be pre and post ride food.
Please arrive 15-30 min prior to the event in order to check in.
We will ride rain or shine!!!:)
