Location: Downtown Family YMCA (Enter Lap pool door in back parking lot)

Regular registration fee:$25.00 per race day

SWIM 10 Minutes in 3.5 ft deep Lap Pool (Lengths Counted)
T1-10 Minute Transition
BIKE 30 Minutes on Lemond Stationary Bike (Distance Counted)
T2-10 Minute Transition
RUN - 20 Minute Treadmill Run (Distance Counted)
