This event is by time not distance. 10 min Swim, 20 min bike and 15 min run. Participants will get a point for each yard traveled. This is a charity event with proceeds going to 3 local charities. This is the second year and we are looking forward to another great event.
Participants will start in Waves of not more than 10. The wave times are 25 min apart. You will swim for 10 min in our 8 lane, 25 yd pool. the outside two lanes are larger which will allow for 2 swimmers per lane. You will then have a 10 min transition to dry off and change clothes if desired. The Bike is a 20 min time limit on stationary spin bikes in our upstairs cycling studio. You will have a 5 min transition after the bike. Last is the run on one of our treadmills. Upon completion we will have water and snacks for all participants.
