Join us in a fun triathlon to help educate a young, Kenya women. Did you know that only 40% of Kenyan students are able to attend secondary schoool? All proceeds from this event will support young women's high school tuition through a scholarship from the organization Education For All Children (EFAC). The sprint triathlon will start and finish in Portsmouth, NH with a 275 meter indoor pool swim, a 7.36 mile bike, and a 2.5 mile run! You can participate individually or on a team with two other friends each participating in one event! If swimming is a challenge we can offer a surrogate, so don't let that deter you! This is a great cause. Packet pick-up is between 10:00am and 12:00pm on the day of the event. Participants should be ready to enter the water to start the race at 12:30pm.
Course Information:
The course consists of a 275 meter (11 laps) indoor pool swim, 7.36 mile bike around the town of New Castle, and a 2.5 mile trail run. The transition area is at the Portsmouth Indoor Pool.
