  • The University of Minnesotas annual Tri-U-Mah indoor triathlon includes a 30 minute swim, 30 minute bike and 30 minute run.

    • Course Information:

  • The swim portion of the event will take place in the Dorothy L. Shepard Natatorium.
  • The bike and run portions will be held in the University Recreation Center.
  • Precor stationary bikes are outfitted with SPD pedals and cage.
  • Participants will be running on Woodway treadmills.

    • Other Info:

  • Participant limit for this race is 180, so register soon!
  • Prizes will be awarded to the overall, and age category male and female winners.
  • Awards are based on total accumulated mileage.
  • TriUMah is an individual event, no relay entries will be accepted.
  • Participants have to provide their own swim suit, goggles, swim cap, and clothing for the bike and run.
  • Stiff-soled or cycling shoes are recommended.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued.
