_ The 2019 Frisky Goat Resolution 10k Run:
2019 New Year's Resolution Run: Out-and-back 5k run/walk or 10k run through historic Milford Borough and/or Milford Township and into the scenic Delaware Water Gap National Recreational Area. Mostly flat with one tough hill: this is a perfect way to start 2019 off right! Bibs can be personalized to include your personal resolution for 2019.
All participants receive free coffee (free hot chocolate for the kiddos) and half price other drinks on race day; post-race refreshments will be provided. There will be a series t-shirt and awards for first overall female and male and for first place age group male and female.
In following with tradition we are hosting a food drive and athletes are asked to bring a non-perishable food item as part of the registration fee.a By January 1st, the food pantries are starting to run low and our athletes' annual food donation is a welcome one!
