_ The 2019 Dragon Fly Sprint Triathlon:
The Dragon Fly Sprint Triathlon consist of 1/2 mile Swim, 18 mile Bike, and a 4 mile Run. The Dragon Fly is located at Cyprus Point on the Lower Lake at Sardis Lake Reseviour. The swim is always cool, refreshing and you will have a sandy beach entrance and exit. The bike course goes through farm land and is flat except for one hill. The run is on pavement for 2 miles and on trail for 2 miles. This will make a great late summer triathlon for your 2018 season.
Catering provided by Chucklehead Farms Provisions with vegan, vegetarian & whole local food
