Weigh-Ins 5/24 6am-9:00pm, 5/25 8:30am-9:30am
1. Max Log Press – Rising bar, three attempts, Wessel rules, Belt/sleeves/wrist wraps/grip shirts allowed, Women 10” log, Men 12" Log. (Missouri Record Event)
2. Max Deadlift – Rising bar, three attempts, Wessel rules, deadlift bar, no sumo, straps and suites are okay. (Missouri Record Event)
3. Farmers Hold Max – Pick up a weight and hold until you can’t. Time starts when locked out and stops when either implement hits the ground.
4. Stone to Shoulder AMRAP– Lift is good when stone is controlled on shoulder with one hand and a down command is given. 60 Seconds, No tacky, no sleeves, and no grip shirt.
2019 United States Strongman membership required. If you do not have one they will be available the day of the event or online if you click "Here"
